“R” is for Report

August 16, 2011

Reporting back from the Art Market.
This past Saturday I was at the Art Market in Point Lookout, NY.
It was held at this cute little renovated cottage on the main street in town:
I decided to set up outside to the right of the cottage:
Inside were about 5 more vendors and one other woman was outside selling beautiful acrylic landscape paintings.
I sold painted signs and pouches.
Handpainted ornaments (hanging on the tree).
Pinwheel ornaments.
Caddies and trugs.

I did well, met lots of new faces and have a good amount of custom orders to do.
Next stop:
Point Lookout Art Show
Sunday, August 28th
12 – 4 pm
Point Lookout Beach, NY

Love your sign display stand! Any tips on how it’s made? Hinged at top? Thanks

Thanks Kim, the display stand is just 1×3 with hinges at the top then 1×2 attached at various intervals.
