The pipe trend seems to be hanging around for awhile now so today I’ve rounded up 6 DIY pipe projects. I’ve done quite a few projects with pipe so I thought I’d share them all here in one round up style post for those looking for some pipe inspiration.
Mason jars, copper pipe and wood all in one project – how can you resist? This is a fairly simple build using scrap wood and makes a great gift too. See the details here.
I used pipes to make the door in my girls’ bedroom into a sliding barn door. It’s relatively inexpensive compared to real barn door hardware and easy to install, see how here.
My most recent build was this extra long sideboard with tons of storage. Ana White made the plans for me and I choose to leave the finish natural and added the copper pipe hardware.
If you’re looking for a smaller pipe project with big impact try these wood slice cupcake stands (or candles fit well too!). The link to the tutorial is here.
My most popular pipe project by far is my son’s pipe and wood slat bed. This bed is one of a kind and does require a lot of pipe but if you’re looking for something different it’s definitely worth a look.
Another idea for copper pipe is this shelving unit I made for the Creating With the Starts contest. Sadly I was voted out in Round 2 but I still wanted to share this use of copper with my viewers.
And speaking of copper my buildy friend Jen at House of Wood just shared this awesome copper magazine rack that you will want to see:
Be sure to check back on Wednesday because I have another pipe project to share!

I love the idea of using pipe for a curtain rod and barn door. You are so smart.
And don't forget your pipe usage for the toilet paper holder. =) It was simple, but so cute and practical.

Thanks for grouping all of your "pipe projects" together! It isn't a look I use in my home, but my grandsons especially like this style. I'm sure to be building/modifying some of your projects for them.
