Giveaway: Ana White’s The Handbuilt Home

It’s no secret I love Ana White and I’m so excited to offer TWO of my lucky readers a free copy of Ana’s new book The Handbuilt Home.
Ana started from scratch teaching herself the skills necessary to build furniture and she’s sharing all her tips, tricks and 34 new builds in this book.
If you have a saw, drill and that DIY initiative you too can build any of the pieces from Ana’s book. And believe me you’re going to want to build every single piece.
Here’s The Farmhouse Headboard from the bed plans on page 136:
I actually made the headboard for Ana to use on set while she was visiting New York City for a TV segment, see it there in the background:

You can imagine I was over the moon when I finally got to meet Ana in person, here we are the night before the TV shoot:

I had made these last Spring and they were also part of the TV spot.

How fun! I really like all of Ana White's plans and would love to own her book and try a few of the projects! There's always room for something handbuilt in our home!

heh! you know I would build something out of it – seems like I haven't used any of Ana's plans before just because everything I build is attached to a house lol! The bunkbeds on the front cover – are there plans for that in the book?
I'm a HUGE fan of Ana's. I had always wanted to make my own pieces and finally gave it a shot when I found her site. I've built a few tables and benches so far 🙂

My son came home early from college because he's dealing with depression. We built a farmhouse table together from Ana's site. Next we're building a jelly cupboard from plans on her site as well.
