There’s a time and place for glitter and today that place is on this fun wall art decor project. It’s true I don’t use glitter a whole lot because it tends to travel everywhere but this new Galaxy Glitter paint from DecoArt stays put. Having control over the glitter is amazing and I highly recommend this paint for your next glitter project.
A DIY tutorial to make wall art using DecoArt galaxy glitter paint. Apply this paint to make your project shimmer and shine!
This is no average glitter paint, its intense sparkle shines with every flicker of light. Galaxy glitter paint is available in 18 beautiful colors perfect for coordinating with your project. I made a fun gift for an upcoming high school graduate headed off to college and used Galaxy Glitter paint to make it fantastic.
This is the Penn State Nittany Lion logo for my friend’s daughter who will be going to school there in the Fall. You can use this beautiful galaxy glitter paint on almost any wood, ceramic or metal surface.
The acrylic glitter paint goes on easily with a paintbrush and cleans up with soap and water. Apply multiple coats for enhanced glitter coverage and you can even mix and match glitters! The best part about this glitter paint is the control. You are in control of where the glitter goes versus sprinkling loose glitter on your project in hopes that it sticks where you need it and then finding glitter pieces falling off all over your home.

Can I put Galaxy glitter painted boxes outside without any other coating? Should I use spray lacquer?
Jaime says
Hi Diane, I would definitely seal the galaxy glitter with spray lacquer as you suggested, great idea.
