Milwaukee Packout Boxes Review

August 28, 2018

* This post is sponsored by The Home Depot.

It’s true that sometimes I need to pack up my tools and take them with me to a location.  But this is definitely an every day situation for carpenters who work on jobsites day in and day out.  Even though I only pack up about once a month I can still see the benefits of having an effective and organized rolling tool box system like this Milwaukee packout modular version.

Get those tools where you need them with this solid and sturdy rolling modular toolbox storage system from Milwaukee. Easy organization and accessibility.

This Milwaukee 22″ packout modular tool box storage system can handle a ton of tools from large to small and everything in between.

The three boxes – large, medium and small all include removable and repositionable interior organizer trays.  And each box is capable of stacking and clicking into any other box, how’s that for keeping things where they belong?!

Simply lift up on that front black button and the storage boxes come apart.  Each box can be hand carried individually and features a comfortable, industrial grade handle.

Need to keep those tools safe on the jobsite?  Each packout box is fitted with a reinforced area to fit a padlock.  In addition there is a designated mounting location for the 1-key tick, that way if someone should walk off with your boxes you can easily find them.

Getting them to the jobsite is a piece of cake too.  The largest bottom box features an integrated dolly with an industrial grade extension handle that is easily collapsible with the push of a button:

I can quickly fill up the packout boxes with everything I need for the job straight from my basement workshop area and into the industrial grade polymer constructed boxes.  They can hold up to 250 pounds in capacity, that’s a whole lot of tools!

The nerdy, organized part of me loves all the movable trays and compartments.  This Milwaukee packout rolling tool box system is fully compatible with all Milwaukee packout modular storage products.  Also you can see in the photo below the circular indent in the box top perfect to fit the 1-tick device.

Mobility is key when getting to the jobsite and the 9″ all terrain wheels can definitely handle the load.  Like all Milwaukee tools this packout modular toolbox system is designed for harsh jobsite conditions, even those outdoors.  It has a weather seal to keep out rain and debris.

For your next job that requires you to transport your tools onsite consider the Milwaukee packout system.

I use storage system for crafting. I attend classes and retreats that require many tools and supplies. These units make it so easy to load/unload my car and ensure I haven’t forgotten anything. I LOVE them. And, as I travel, more crafters are catching the tool box craze.

Love this idea Mary, thank you for sharing. And so handy to have everything portable and easily transfer from vehicle to location.
