Craft: diy Christmas journal
Today I’m sharing this easy last minute gift idea over at Pretty Handy Girl.
It’s a kids composition book covered with brown kraft paper and red and white duck tape. Then I added a Christmas 2013 label and a velvety red pencil with jingle bells.

This journal makes the perfect place to list gifts received for thank you cards, record all the exciting events surrounding the holiday, write about travels during the school break and on and on.
All wrapped up it makes a great gift for kids who love to write and draw.
See the full tutorial over at Pretty Handy Girl, there’s still time to make this easy, useful gift any child will love.

These are adorable. I love them so much! When my nephews and nieces get older, this would be a great present for them. Thanks for the idea!
